E legant, well- balanced and with harmony on the nose and on the palate. Aromatic notes of dry flowers , time, chamomile and fresh citrus fruits , most of all grapefruit , on the nose. A delicate tinge of white pepper with softy tannins and a long and elegant finish.

Ageing:


After fermentation,the wine is left on the lees for about two months with subsequent ageing in steel tanks until bottling. The bottles is normally stored for 15-20 days.

Especially recommended for aperitifs ,fish dishes ,all the Mediterranean dishes particulary with grilled fish and seafood sauces.

Winemaking process : the grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed, the must is clarified by cold settling. Then we start with the  fermentation at a controlled temperature  in stainless steel, until the completion of itself!
