E legant , well- balanced and with harmony on the nose and on the palate. Aromatic notes of dry flowers , time , chamomile and fresh citrus fruits , most of all grapefruit , on the nose. A delicate tinge of white pepper with softy tannis and a long and elegant finish.

Ageing:


After fermentation, the wine is left on yeast for about two months .It’s ageing in steel tanks until bottling. The bottled is normally stored for 15-20 days.

Ideal with all the Mediterranean dishes particulary with white meats,fish nd fresh or medium-aged cheeses.

Winemaking process :  grapes are de-stemmed and  pressed, the must is clarified by cold settling. Then we start with  the fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, until the completion of itself.
