Vinification:   Grapes are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The obtained must is clarified by cold static settling  and the fermentation takes place in stainless steel  at a controlled temperature, until the completion of itself.

Aging: At first in stainless steel and then in barrique. After a short stay the bottled is placed on the market.
