A lightly sparkling rosé wine. Fresh and lively ,with charming fragrances of geranium , candied cherries ,candies and strawberries. Full-bodied, fresh and well balanced , with good acidity and quiet , fascinating aromas. Persistent fruity notes , with delicate mineral hints .

After fermentation , the wine is left on yeast of about one or two months, followed by racking in stainless steel tanks , until botling . The bottled is stored for about a month, before the placing on the market .

Pest control: It has very specific rules, which excludes the use of pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilizers. For the defense we use only natural anti-parasitic treatments (for example :copper, sulfur, plant extracts, etc.) or by using biological control (use of living organisms that are antagonistic to parasites).
Harvest period: End of September, beginning of October
Harvest method: Handpicked
Winemaking process: Grapes are de-stemmed and left to macerate for 12 hours, after a gently pressing. The must is clarified by cold static settling. Then we start with the fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel, until the completion of itself.
Aging: After fermentation, the wine is left on yeast for about one or two months, followed by racking in stainless steel tanks, until bottling. The bottled is stored for about a month, before the placing on the market.
